Despite the fact that it is freezing outside, like literally it’s -2 C outside it’s a beautiful sunny day and I just love it!! I took the girls (Kinzie and Eva my 2 puppies) out for a nice morning walk as I usually do and well it was cold. We didn’t stay out as long as we usually did but I at least made them get some kind of excersize.

I am so looking forward to warm sunny spring morning that fill my apartment with sunshine and warm rays. I know the girls love to find that one or two patches of sun and just soak it up so they will love the sunny weather once it gets here. For now I am enjoying my beautiful orchids as they bloom and brighten up my kitchen I just love orchids. They are one of my favourite flowers followed by calla lilies of course

For now I took them over to the doggie daycare for day 2 of doggy interacting time. They did great on Friday so I am hoping today is even better. So far they seem to not be playing just yet (or so I am told) but that is normal they will start to play about trip# 3 or 4. for now they just interact and observe how other dogs pay, interact and socialize with one another.

TC Davidson (my very good friend) is picking them up for me this afternoon and taking they to the park after make sure they are good and tired. I’m making him dinner as a thank you Tacos yum yum. Then we are going to plan out my birthday shoot for this weekend ayayay that’s right I’m doing a birthday shoot on Saturday. Me and a cake are going to become best friends It’s going to be oh so messy but oh so fun.

For now I am getting together some mailing and grabbing some lunch before I hop on MFC for an afternoon filled with fun chats and big smiles. See you all there soon

This momma bear sure is nervous today. I dropped off Kinzie and Eva for their first day at doggie daycare and well it was harder than I thought. I am nervous for them. What if they don’t’ make any friends? what if Eva just sits in the corner scared shitless? what if Kinzie attacks another dog and gets eaten in the process? All these questions and about a billion more are going through my head right now as I think about thousand little stinkers over at doggie daycare.

I know it’ll be a good think in the end, that taking them to daycare will help them in the long run. Socialization is an excellent thing for your dog. They can learn so much so quickly from others of their own kind. They can learn proper behaviour, proper manners, how to play and how to be normal. It’s just tough on mom to leave them behind for the day.

I have never ever left either of those two with anyone other than close family or friends. I hate to leave them. I worry that they will be so mad at me when I go to pick them up alter. SO MAD!!! I am planning ot give them both a great big greenie when they get home hopefully then they will still love me

I just know this will be good. Just like the puppy classes they did awesome in those and came out of it smarter and well behaved. They even made a few friends. I think this is going to work… i hope this is going to work. There is just a few things they both need to work on and well I feel like I have taught them everything that I can now the need to learn from their own kind for a bit.

Hell worse case scenario they end up buddying up and sticking together through the day and they learn to bond that would be amazing. Or heck maybe they learn that they have it pretty darn easy at home and listen to me and appreciate me that mush more?…. hmmmm yah right I won’t hold me breathe

All I can do is hope that I taught them enough to be polite members of society, I just have to put faith in them and let go. Set them free and see how they do. I can’t run to them every time they have a fall or they will never learn to self sooth right?

Yep that about sounds it up for me right now. I’m trying to distract my mind from now till 6pm tonight when I can finally pick them up. Wish me luck, only 5 hours and 15 minutes to go
