Here we go a start to a brand new week and for those of us who are Canadian it just so happens to be Thanksgiving weekend this weekend. What does that mean? It’s turkey and pumpkin pie time! Yum yum! I can’t wait. Of course it also means family time and relaxation but that just a given. Nothing major happening with the banks family except dinner Sunday night so that means ill still have plenty of time for some sexy playtime on MFC on Saturday and maybe Monday too we’ll see.
Till then it’s week 2 back at the gym and my body is saying hey we did this last week isn’t that good enough lol doesn’t help that I put the wrong runners on today on my way out the door. These will do but they aren’t quiet as comfy as my gym pair. Good thing it’s not leg day it’s only back and biceps. What does that mean? That means 3-4 sets of 8-12 reps (one warm up set, 2-3 work sets total) on the lat pull down, sorted row and bicep curl machines. Add to that a 30 sec stretch and a 30 sec flex set in each mussel group and 25 mins cardio and you have my morning work out. Simple yet effective that’s the goal.
Fall is in the air and I’m loving it. All the leaves are changing the most beautiful shades of orange, yellow and red. We don’t have that many tees here that change color mostly we have ever greens that are just as they sound always green no matter the time of the year. The sun is shining and it makes all the light fall colored leaves glow makes me want to bring out my paints and get a painting. Hmm maybe a weekend project? I haven’t felt inspired to paint for some time now but I’m feeling the need to create which is a beautiful feeling I’ll make sure to tweet pics of my progress. Helps now that I have a big island in my kitchen which is easy to cover with newspaper and take over.
