It’s almost that time of year again….. my birthday 
yayayay Now I’m not the typical girl when it comes to my birthday. I hear about these girls who rock the birthday party week or hell the birthday month in which they have like 6 parties and everyone has to shower them with gifts. I usually like to keep things simpler and low key. I do a birthday dinner at my mom’s with all my grandparents and brothers and then I have one crazy fun birthday night.
This year I don’t much feel like hitting up the night club scene. I’d rather do something different and fun so this year I have come up with a super awesome plan…. you ready for this?
I’m thinking about doing an 80′s themed cosmic bowling night 
I think it will be pretty awesome to get everyone to dress up themed out in my favourite time period for fashion… the 80′s I just love all the bright colours, cool patterns and fun textures. I just can’t decided if I want to rock the spandex, thong body suit and leg warmers look or the Madonna lace rocker chick look. Either way I’m sure it will be a blast. So far the guest list isn’t that big but meh you don’t need a lot of people to have fun just your nearest and dearest.
I figure this way we can have fun, get some awesome pics and of course have more than a few yummy drinks. Especially considering the best bowling game I’ve ever bowled just so happened to be when I was completely hammered 
lol I’m hoping that it’s like good luck or something. We’ll just have to wait and see though. If I bowl anything over 100 I’ll be smiling from ear to ear, yes I’m just that awesome of a bowler.
Well my dears it’s Sunday night and that means a long soak in the hot tub n a movie for this kid I hope you all had an amazing Sunday and I look forward to seeing you all on cam tomorrow. Both on MFC and my members chat at 9 pm est (yes I do mean tomorrow and not Tuesday. I moved it to Monday cause I might go see a play with my mom on Tuesday )

Mine is coming up a few months after yours (June 9th). I usually don’t do much for mine. Most years, I just hit up Best Buy and Red Lobster with my parents.

While going out to party may be losing some of its appeal for you (I’ve never really been one for it, myself), ultimately what matters the most is that your among people who you enjoy spending time with.
Anyway, hope your week is getting off to a good start. I have the day off from work today, so I’m using it to catch up on some of the movies I need to watch, now that I’ve finished my marathon viewings of “Farscape” and “Stargate: Atlantis”. I just finished watching the most recent “Harold & Kumar” movie. It was pretty funny, though I liked the first two better. I’m also hoping to get through “The Rum Diary” and either “Transformers: Dark of the Moon” or “Drive”.
I went to Cabo two years in a row for my B-Day. I really love it there. Have you been Katie? There are lots of activities to do like zip lining, ATV’s, sailing, desert safari, swimming with dolphins, parasailing, snorkeling, SUP, etc. I know the guys that run an adventure tour company and tried to go their for a year and work. Great restaurants, seafood, Italian, pizza, great resorts and beaches. I had stuffed french toast for breakfast and always get sushi(and a little bit of tequila and cervezas too!). I love it, and know 16-18 people there now. Water is 78-82 degrees all year and they have great spas too. You have got to go for a week Oct-Feb (high season but best weather). I’ve been there 9 times in the last three years (I’ve got two weeks there). Lot’s of Gringos there (Americans, and Canadians too). They take dollars and put up with little spanish (mine). Did I sell you yet? Have a great b-day as there is nothing better than being close with your family as even if you lose it all then you still have them and sometimes you don’t realize how much you miss someone (my Grandmother passed last year) until they are gone. But you know about this with your own Father. Thanks for sharing that (sorry for your loss). Jeez, if you eat this much pizza, I think I’ll move and get a job in Vancouver at a pizza joint so I’ll meet you when you come in (hahaha!) then your pizza is free. I hear (somewhere) that you are going to get some cool stuff for your b-day for being so sweet to us all here! You Rock! Beautiful pic for this post. When your hair is pulled back, it shows off those beautiful eyes and amazing skin. Thanks for all you do for us. Oh yeah, Louboutin’s may look sexy but don’t wear yours bowling please… I’d really like to see your form as you bowl because don’t “Honey” and “Dew” kinda get in the way? Besides I don’t think I could concentrate if I watched you bend over so much when it’s your turn. Every time I’m up I’d throw the bowling ball in the gutter or I’d slip on my own drool. Hey, what’s your favorite movie ever? Wait, a “Spandex thong body suit”? Really? Daaaayyymmm!

Cancun is okay, but it’s no Cabo… See for yourself below. No heels required just a bikini (you could sneak off to an unspoiled beach with no people and then you can wear the birthday suit if you wish), flip-flops, sunscreen and sunglasses… and maybe a Chihuahua or two… Cancun
costs less cause they are giving it away, but Cabo is closer to Van (just due south). Hotels
are from reasonable to $$$$ whatever you wish. I own a two week timeshare so I stay there.

heheh lol awe I would love to bring my monsters on vacation but alas it’s not a good idea what with hotels not liking pets and there are some really strict quarantine rules when taking your animal into a foreign country and bringing them back. I wold hate to risk them having to be put in quarantine. The doggie daycare I take them to now actually offers in house care when your away. The people who work there actually take your puppy home with them when your away and care for them on an individual bases.
I know, just joking Katie. I understand you cannot even bring your pets from the mainland to Hawaii, let alone Mexico. Have a great night out.

Sorry, Katie. I want to correct what I told you earlier. Good news! If you follow the quarantine rules you can bring dogs into Hawaii if you plan ahead:
A Five-day-or-less quarantine went into effect on June 30, 2003. This quarantine program allows pets to be directly released at the airport if the pet owner follows strict procedures prior to the pet’s arrival in Hawai`i. It takes at least four months to qualify an adult pet that has had at least one rabies vaccination. There are websites that list hotels in Hawaii that are pet friendly too. Do they make doggy flip-flops? Doggy Bikinis?
