Last night was movie night with my mommy and the movie of choice was ‘Hansel and Gretel Witch Hunters’
it was pretty darn good if I do say so myself. It was funny, cute, silly and eventful. I would give ti a 3.5 stars out of 5. It wasn’t an award winner epic life changing movie but I really enjoyed myself and so did my mom. My favourite character would have to be Edward
you’ll know what i mean more once you go and see it. He was kinda cute in a big puppy dog kind of way. Next fav would have to be Gretel she was one tough lady and they did their best to keep those pretty little boobies up and ready for observation in every scene lol
it made for a nice touch. Hansel was good too. II really like Jeremy Renner he has this rough around the edges kind of ruggedness about him. He seems like he’d be fun to be left alone with for a few minutes…. I must say there was a little bit of… tension between Hansel and Gretel which was a little funny to see. I would say this was definitely more a spoof kind of movie but it was still awesome none the less. So if you find yourself bored or wanting to get out of the house tomorrow why not catch a matinee or evening showing of Hansel and Gretel and prepare to laugh
Xoxo Katie

I’m glad to hear you enjoyed it, Katie. I was mildly interested in the previews for it, but like I’d said before, I’d pretty much heard nothing but bad things about it. I guess I’ll probably check it out when it gets released on Blu-Ray, like I did with “Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter” (which I loved, btw).
About the only major tv/movie viewing I’ve been doing is a marathon viewing of the complete “Friends” Blu-Ray boxed set. I’m currently just about to finish season 3 on that, having only gotten the set last Wednesday. I was never a huge fan of the show, but I’m really enjoying watching it like this.
hmm I didn’t think it was bad but I could see how some might think that. It was more a spin off of a kinds story so it was funny
Wow that is a giant series to start watching but then again I just started Fringe the other day and I’ve got 5 seasons of at least 24 episodes a season to catch up on!! I’m taking my time and watching it when I can
I love “Fringe”. I’ve only seen the first couple seasons of it (I really should get the rest of the Blu-Rays for that show sometime), but it’s awesome.
As I said, I’m enjoying the “Friends” set. Finished season 3 a little bit ago this afternoon. After dinner, I’m probably going to start on season 4… try to get through as much of that as I can tonight. It’s funny to me, just how quickly the episodes are flying by. It feels like I no more than put a disc in, and *boom* 12 more episodes have gone by.
Outside of the “Star Trek: The Next Generation” complete season sets (which look GORGEOUS, by the way), this is probably my favorite TV on Blu-Ray purchase I’ve made in a while.
So far I love the wacky problems, cool plot twist and funky characters in Fringe
Walter is my favourite so far. I bet your enjoying the Friends DvD sets, it was one of my favourite shows growing up
Yes, Walter is great (and it’s funny when you realize that it’s the same guy who played Denethor in “The Lord of the Rings”). I really should get around to watching the rest of that show sometime (probably after the Blu-Ray release of the final season comes out).
“Friends” has been pretty enjoyable, too. As of last night, I left off about midway through season 4, at the episode where the guys and girls played a trivia game against each other about their personal lives.
hahah that’s right it is too
lol yes you should finish it it’s a great series so far from what i can tell
